Mahabubabad Parliamentary Constituency consists of (07) Assembly Segments in Mahabubabad District (02) Assembly Segments i.e 101-Dornakal (ST) and, 102-Mahabubabad (ST), other Districts of (05) Assembly Segments i.e. 103–Narsampet Assembly Segment of Warangal Rural District, 109–Mulugu (ST) Assembly Segment of Jayashankar Bhupalapally District, 110-Pinapaka (SC) Assembly Segment of Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, 111-Yellandu(ST) Assembly Segment of Bhadradri-Kothagudem District  and 119-Bhadrachalem (ST)  Assembly segment of Bhadradri-Kothagudem District.
